Typically a life coaching session will be for around twelve hours. This level of commitment is necessary to make the necessary life changes. Each monthly block must be paid for in advance, and the need for further sessions will be assessed by you at the end of each month.
Your one hour life coach session costs £30 which must be paid in advance as part of the basic package.
The basic package is for one month, this costs £120 and must be paid for in advance.
